Quit Smoking Action Plan

How did you Quit Smoking?

I’m smoking about 10 ultr-light american spirits a day and would like quit. I don’t want to commit though unless I’ve got a solid plan of action. I was considering nicorette or else the patch. Anyone got some words of advice? I’d like to hear from actual smokers who have managed to quit for a long time – over a year. I’m not going to try cold turkey either.

slowly and gradually. Do you smoke at the same time every day ?
Smoking is a routine for most ppl. Example.. If you smoke every morning at the same time (i.e. after breakfast) try smoking later (wait 10 mins then smoke).
You’re trying to break the habit by breaking the routine. so everyday that you can hold out on smoking longer longer you can develop a routine and reduce the amount of nicotine your body craves. Yes use the gum too.
